Services once rendered and equipment once installed are non-refundable. Faulty equipment within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer policy.
Orders cancelled before dispatch of material are refundable after deducting any survey / design charges already incurred.
Advance amounts are adjustable against future work for up to 6 months from the date of payment.
